Kiran and Jessie celebrated their beautiful wedding day at the picturesque Swarling Manor in Petham, just outside Canterbury.
Although they had legally tied the knot a few weeks earlier, the couple had originally planned a hybrid Hindu-civil ceremony at a different venue that held sentimental value. However, just weeks before the big day, that venue unexpectedly closed. Amazingly, they managed to rearrange everything and bring their vision to life at the stunning Swarling Manor — and it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly.
The weather was incredible, with soft late-summer sunshine casting a golden glow over the gardens. Their ceremony, led by a Hindu priest, seamlessly blended tradition and modern elements, creating a heartfelt and personal experience.
After the emotional service, guests mingled in the gardens while I stole a few quiet moments with Kiran and Jessie for some relaxed portraits among the trees and flowers.
As the evening unfolded and the wedding breakfast began, we were treated to a flawless golden hour — the dream lighting for more portraits, so I whisked them outside for a few more natural shots.

The morning was buzzing with excitement during bridal prep, which flowed perfectly into an emotional and heartfelt outdoor ceremony. Despite a rather uncertain forecast, the rain held off, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the gardens while we captured some relaxed group shots.
The energy stepped up again during the wedding breakfast, with Garin’s best men—his brothers—delivering a hilarious, laughter-filled speech. Just when guests thought they’d seen it all, one of the waiters took a dramatic tumble, causing a moment of shock before springing back up with a microphone in hand. From then on, the room was electric. There was sing-offs, dance-offs, congas, and so much more.
Shortly after, we snuck the couple away for some relaxed portraits and even caught a fleeting glimpse of golden light before heading back for the evening party.
