Nicola and Connor chose the beautiful Secret Gardens near Ashford, Kent, for their intimate winter wedding—a venue I’m always delighted to return to as a recommended supplier.
The gardens provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and heartfelt day. For mid-February, the weather couldn’t have been kinder; the rain held off, giving us the chance to capture outdoor group shots and a joyful confetti moment after their ceremony in the Chapel.
Just before the wedding breakfast, I took Nicola and Connor for a quiet wander through the gardens, creating some natural, relaxed portraits away from the buzz of the day. Following the wedding breakfast, and some truly memorable speeches, we stepped back out in the evening for a few atmospheric nighttime portraits, before they celebrated with a sparkler walk surrounded by their closest family and friends.
