Ann and Andreas' Greek Cypriot Wedding at Westerham Golf Club

Ann and Andreas’ spring wedding was such a pleasure to capture – a day filled with tradition, love, and the coming together of two wonderful families.

The day began at Andreas’ parents’ home in North Kent with the Stolisma – a traditional ritual where the Koumbaro (best man) shaves the groom, followed by the Zosimon and Kapnisman ceremonies. It was a touching start to the day, surrounded by close family and friends.

From there, everyone made their way to the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Constantine and Helen in South London. This church is truly breathtaking and made for an incredible setting for their heartfelt ceremony.

The celebration continued at Westerham Golf Club, where guests from both Andreas’ Greek Cypriot and Ann’s Malaysian backgrounds came together in the most joyful way. There was such a warm and vibrant atmosphere throughout the day.

After the wedding breakfast and some lovely speeches, we stepped outside just in time for golden hour. The soft evening light made for some relaxed and natural portraits of the couple, which turned out to be some of my favorites from the day.

The evening wrapped up with energetic Greek dancing – a lively way to end an unforgettable celebration.
